• Agent: 90%
• RISE: 10%

Optional Mentor:  Assists in transition, paperwork, negotiation, offer writing, inspections, and transaction support for a 10% share from the agent’s commission. 

Annual cap on RISE's commission is $15,000; beyond this, agents keep 100%, minus any shared amounts. A $500 annual fee is due December 31, waived if sales occurred during the year.

• Agent: 100%
• Monthly fee:  $300, due on the 31st of each month.

Monthly fee waived in months that have a completed transaction. A transaction is considered completed once RISE has received and deposited the commission check into the RISE account.  

• Office Essentials:  Business cards, open house signs, open desk space, copying, scanning, printing, and conference room access. 
• Branded Items:  Logo-branded pens, notebooks, keychains, mugs, bags, t-shirts, and housewarming gift baskets.
