Sarah is a realtor of genius. Her professionalism, considerateness and kindness impressed me a lot. As a remote buyer, I was a bit scared to buy in Vegas since I don’t really know about this city. It’s Sarah who gave the confidence. To assist me, Sarah first listened and understood my preference, concerns and then responded with the houses matching my requirement. Furthermore, She went through each house and discussed Cons and Pros. We skipped and moved on if I had any hesitation. She never pushed me or rushed me to the decision. With her help, I finally bought a rental property in Vegas and rented out through her management company. Did I mention the rental was even above my expectation? :-). We started working with Sarah Sorrells about seven years ago when we planned to purchase the first property in Vegas but without prior knowledge about the real estate market in that city. I did some Internet research and then called Sarah. Sarah gave us tons of confidence by introducing the real property process and sharing her ten plus years of experience. In a couple of months of our initial discussion, Sarah bought a single family house for us in Spring Valley and she made buying a house a breeze. Over the years, the value of the house has doubled and in fact we haven't visited the house in person as we are living outside NV. Sarah and her team handle everything for us, including renting the property, purchasing the household appliances, etc. In fact, with Sarah's help, we don't think we need to spend any time on managing the property yet it brings very decent cash flows. We then purchased a few more properties in Vegas and all of these are winners.

I haven't got the chance to meet Sarah Sorrells and her team in person but she is a true and sincere friend of mine. She handles everything in a cool manner and her customers feel no pressure. She is very professional, accurate, knowledgeable, and has super connections with other realtors and mortgage lenders, which definitely plays a huge role in making her the best realtor in Vegas. She charges a very reasonable fee for everything that she does for her customers. You would feel that you walk into a decent restaurant, have nice service from a great team, and expect a fancy bill, but the service is far beyond the expectation and the actual bill is humble.
